"My mission is to educate and inspire people to develop more inner compassion using evidence-based practices, igniting a compassionate ripple that transforms their relationships with themselves and others."

People thrive in compassionate environments, including homes, schools, workplaces, and wider communities. The act of being compassionate begins with ourselves - learning to become a best friend to ourselves. Becoming more self-compassionate is so important for creating an authentic life that aligns with your talents, desires, and values, helping you to face difficulties with resilience, and building trusting and loving relationships with others.

I am passionate about mentoring and educating people about the benefits of inner compassion. Like eating healthy and exercising regularly, our ability to be compassionate can improve over time through practice. I will teach you evidence-based practices to cultivate your self-compassion, practices that have worked for me and others I have supported. This process of cultivating self-compassion is like building a compassionate cocoon for yourself that is safe, warm, and nurturing. I am excited to be on this compassion journey with you and help you thrive in life!
